Firstly, single-layer nylon 500D and 1000D fabrics are high-strength, wear-resistant synthetic fiber materials with excellent tear and wear resistance. Single layer nylon 1000D fabrics may not meet higher durability requirements in certain extreme environments. Therefore, we have developed double-layer nylon composite fabrics that are suitable for laser cutting (available in 500D+1000D, 1000D+1000D, and for cheaper options, we also have polyester 600D+600D and 900D+900D). This fabric combines two layers of nylon 1000D through a special composite process to form a more sturdy and durable fabric. The double-layer structure not only enhances the tear resistance and wear resistance of the fabric, but also enhances its impact and puncture resistance. This makes the double-layer nylon 1000D composite fabric more advantageous in complex and ever-changing tactical environments. Through laser cutting technology, it is possible to accurately cut the shape and size required for tactical vests, while maintaining the integrity and strength of the fabric. The advantage of laser cutting lies in its smooth and burr free cutting edges, which reduces the workload of post-processing and improves production efficiency. In addition, laser cutting can also achieve complex pattern and structural design, providing more diverse functional requirements for tactical vests.

In practical applications, whether it is a single-layer or double-layer structure, they can withstand various harsh environments and tactical tasks.
