During the negotiation, our first idea was to replace the fabric with nylon material, which can avoid the problem of transfer dyeing. The second scheme is to change into polyester melt-dyed yarn fabric, which starts from the raw material color master batch, spinning to weaving, and has the function of resisting high sunlight and not fading, and has high color fastness, even less the problem of transfer dyeing. After solving the material problem, to match the customer's weight and strength requirements, it is also necessary to match the specifications of the fabric. Finally, it is found that the combination of two specifications of yarn on a composite TPU film can meet the customer's requirements. On the day of the interview, we confirmed all the material processing and quotation to the customer. The customer was very satisfied with our solution, and also very professional to solve the problem that had troubled him for a long time.
